1st Toll - Two 4s with a Joker must be in your first 
meld.  2nd Toll - Two 5s with a Joker must be in your first meld.  3rd Toll - Two 6s with a Joker must be in your first meld.  4th Toll - Two 7s with a Joker must be in your first meld.  5th Toll - Two 8s with a Joker must be in your first meld.  The tolls continue to go up as you pay!  To get to the next toll, you must pay the toll you are on.  
If you do not meld your toll card, you cannot move on to the next toll for the next hand.  DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE.

1er peaje: dos 4s con un comodín deben estar en tu primer
fusionar 2nd Toll - Two 5s with a Joker debe estar en tu primera fusión. Tercer Toll: dos 6s con un Joker deben estar en tu primera fusión. 4th Toll - Two 7s with a Joker debe estar en tu primera fusión. 5th Toll - Dos 8s con un Joker deben estar en tu primera fusión. ¡Los peajes siguen aumentando a medida que se paga! Para llegar al próximo peaje, debe pagar el peaje en el que está.
Si no combina su tarjeta de peaje, no puede pasar al siguiente peaje para la siguiente mano. NO TOQUE LA PILA.
