First meld must include 4s, 9s and As at the same time.  You can use wilds but no other cards are allowed. You Can NOT Pick up the Pile OR Meld anything else until NEXT turn. After you meld the 3 cards, then regular pick game to finish the game.YOU CAN PICK UP THE PILE!
